  • With limited amount of elevators there was a time crunch after returning to from the Giving Back Program to prepare for the awards ceremony.

  • The efforts put forth for this activity to happen was both astounding and touching! I truly enjoyed being apart of this!

  • Forced us to engage and interact with people from all over. Most importantly we gave back to a cause that my significant other deals with every day as her passion is helping women in recovery, homeless, and reuniting with their families.

  • Tough work, and can’t recall seeing everyone work so hard for such a great cause. The before and after was uplifting.

  • It was great to be able to support a local community. This was one of the better Giving Back Activities. While giving back is an awesome opportunity for our teams, leaders and community, years ago we also included something for the associates....like an option for golf, spa day, etc. I remember that fondly as a real treat at the convention. It would be nice to incorporate that periodically as well.

  • Amazing event. Please partner with them next year. Was very special to be working along side of the people we are helping. Will remember this for a long time.

  • Loved this giving back experience. It was the best one I have participated in since my 10-yr tenure.

  • I thought it was a great activity. I am sure acitivities we have done in past conferences made a positive impact to those they were intended for, but this seemed to have more of an impact and hopefully lasting postive impact and we were able to see the difference from when arriving to when leaving. They had great tools to use.

  • This was great, would have also been good if there was an opportunity to have done something fun for the kids as well maybe a fair or carnival of some sort.

  • This is how all our giving back activities should be in the future - this is the new benchmark. Filling grocery bags and building bikes for agencies while fulfilling a purpose isn't as engaging or fulfilling as actually being on site with the people you are helping. This was truly an awesome experience and the ability to look around at the end and see all that we achieved was just perfect.

One of the residents told us that she had been having a bad week but just having us there put a smile on her face. Also, having the Giving Back activity on Tuesday vs Wednesday was better. So, we didn't have to rush back to get ready for the awards dinner.
