Project Sites & Duration

Most projects happen in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista - Central Florida.

  • Outdoor Projects: Usually go for about 3 hours and happen at nonprofit organizations.

  • Indoor Projects: Often occur where you are, like workplaces and hotels. Typically run 60 to 90 minutes.

  • Come-and-Go: Hands-on tasks that take 1 to 5 minutes to complete. Common at business meeting, conferences, trade shows, parties, and workplaces.

Sustainability & Environment

  • Paint indoor and outdoor spaces.

  • Build vegetable and flower garden boxes from scratch. Mix soil with nutrients, plant seeds or shrubs.

  • Promote financial literacy - craft keepsake "Piggy Pens" for children.

  • Make "Smarty Bracelets" that inspire interest in STEM.

Project Budget

Project budgets are kept reasonable and cover every essential component - from initial project planning, supplies, tools, volunteer support, project management, set-up, on-site leadership, and final cleanup. Volunteer Orlando ensures a seamless, well-organized project with no cost overruns.
